Monica Mercedes von Mobius (モニカ・メルツェーデス・フォン・メビウス Monika Merusedesu fon Mebiusu?) is a student at Tsukuyomi Magic Academy, and serves as the president of the Student Council. She's an extremely powerful and popular student who's admired by many.
In the original "Magical★Explorer" game, she was a character featured prominently on the game's box art as one of title's main heroines. In addition, she is labeled by fans as one of the "Big Three", meaning she is considered one the most unbalanced and overpowered characters in the game.[1]

Monica is supremely confident in her abilities, sometimes bordering on arrogance—but she certainly has the skills to back it up. Kousuke observes that she tends to think in a straightforward, “muscle-first” way, often being forceful to achieve her goals.
